As an avid athlete, I was always fascinated by how diet could influence muscle hypertrophy and overall performance

My Background

I hold a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and Master’s Degree in Applied Nutrition (Clinical Nutrition), from European University of Cyprus and I am a certified by board of registration of food scientists, food technologists and dietitians. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with diverse populations, including patients with chronic illnesses, athletes, and individuals seeking general wellness.

My Approach

I believe that nutrition is a powerful tool for improving overall health and managing specific medical conditions. My approach is holistic and evidence-based, focusing on creating sustainable, realistic plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs and lifestyle. I specialise in sports nutrition, muscle hypertrophy, and performance optimization, among other areas.
