Meet Me
- (Bachelor 2017 – 2021) – My journey into the world of nutrition began with a commitment to academic excellence at the European University of Cyprus. During my undergraduate studies (2017 – 2021), I immersed myself in the intricacies of nutrition science, honing my skills and knowledge to better serve my future clients. Achieving excellence in my Bachelor’s degree not only validated my hard work but also instilled in me a profound sense of responsibility to uphold the highest standards of care in my practice.
- (Master’s Degree 2021 – 2023) – During my Master’s program, I had the privilege of completing my clinical practice in diverse settings, including geriatric and rehabilitation centers, as well as hospitals. These experiences exposed me to a wide range of health conditions, from diabetes and kidney disease to fatty liver and cardiovascular disease. Guiding individuals through the complexities of managing these conditions fueled my passion for clinical nutrition and reinforced the importance of personalized care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
- (2023: Since 2023) – I have maintained my private practice, where I provide personalized nutrition counseling and care. Whether through private consultations or referrals from healthcare professionals through the General Health System (Γε.Σ.Υ.), I am dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals.

According to the Center of disease Control and Prevention, Body Mass Index (BMI) is a person’s weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in meters. A high BMI can indicate high body fatness. BMI screens for weight categories that may lead to health problems, but it does not diagnose the body fatness or health of an individual.
Here are the general categories based on BMI values (in kg/m2):
- Underweight: BMI less than 18.5
- Normal weight: BMI 18.5 to 24.9
- Overweight: BMI 25 to 29.9
- Obesity: BMI 30 or greater
